When we founded Scholastic in 2007, our goal was simple: to build a state-of-the-art, Shariah-compliant school for our children. Alhamdulillah, the results affirm our efforts in academics. Yet our greater mission remains tarbiah, to see our students embody Islamic morals and confidence years after graduation. May Allah grant us sincerity and success in this endeavour.

At SIU we aspire to produce graduates who are ‘muassir’ and not ‘muttassir’ (they are leaders and change agents and not blind followers).

Scholastic Ibne Umar Campus envisions an institution built on Amanah, character, discipline, and purposeful learning. We strive for transparent systems, meaningful routines, and continuous improvement in teaching and school culture. Our goal is to cultivate sincere, ethical, value‑driven students who understand responsibility and excellence.
We believe effective teaching begins with clarity, compassion, and accountability. Every lesson, interaction, and decision should reflect intentionality and respect. Parents, teachers, and students form a partnership grounded in trust, communication, and shared purpose. Together, we aim to nurture confident learners who uphold integrity, serve their community, and contribute positively to the Ummah.
May Allah grant barakah in our efforts, strengthen our resolve, and guide us to build a school environment where sincerity, discipline, and moral courage flourish. Our commitment is to raise future leaders who embody honesty, justice, and service.

Vice-Principal (Boys Branch)
Students from Grade 4 to IGCSE go through rapid physical and intellectual changes, and schooling must adapt to these shifts. Boys, for example, begin to lose some of their early-childhood pliability around Grades 3 and 4, which signals a broader transition toward greater independence and deeper learning needs. Schools that understand these patterns can support students more effectively.
I am honoured and blessed to have the opportunity to facilitate teachers as they nurture faith, academic excellence, and extra-curricular growth. We strive to create an environment where every learner feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Teachers shape the daily experience of every learner, and my responsibility is to equip them with clarity, resources, and a shared sense of purpose. When teachers feel supported, students thrive.
SIU is already a great school, Maa shaa Allaah. It needs to rise further to a level where other schools—even conventional ones—look to our model for inspiration.
